• Advance Payment Option: Customers are encouraged to pay 25% of the total order value in advance and the remaining 75% via Cash on Delivery (COD). This ensures faster processing, guaranteed stock reservation, and benefits both the customer and seller by reducing cancellation risks.

2. Pricing & Payments:

• All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer for advance payments.
• Promotional offers and discounts are valid only for the duration specified.

3. Shipping & Delivery:

• Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.
• Delivery timelines are 3–7 business days depending on the customer’s location.
• Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.

4. Cancellations & Returns:

• Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
• Returns and refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers must provide accurate contact and address information.
• Customers agree to be available at the delivery location to receive the order.
• Refusal to accept an order without valid reason may result in additional delivery charges.

6. Limitation of Liability:
While we take utmost care to deliver products in perfect condition, Affan Buy’s is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services once the package is dispatched.

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Delays may occur during peak seasons, national holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges:

• Free Shipping is offered on selected products and promotions.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, standard courier charges may apply unless stated otherwise.
• If an order is returned by the customer without a valid reason, the delivery fee will be charged to the customer.

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via WhatsApp/SMS. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery in real-time.

5. Undeliverable Packages:
In cases where the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery can be arranged upon request, with additional shipping charges.
