1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted only if the product is delivered in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition. To qualify:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales are not eligible for return unless defective.

 

2. Refund Process:
Once your return is approved and the product is received back in our warehouse:

  • The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer, depending on availability.
  • Cash refunds at the time of return are not supported.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, such as:

  • Beauty and personal care products once opened.
  • Fitness and health items for hygiene reasons.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for covering the delivery charges of the returned product, except in cases where the item was received damaged or incorrect.
