Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer for advance payments.

3. Shipping & Delivery:

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines are 3–7 business days depending on the customer’s location.
Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.

4. Cancellations & Returns:

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Returns and refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers must provide accurate contact and address information.
Customers agree to be available at the delivery location to receive the order.
Refusal to accept an order without valid reason may result in additional delivery charges.

6. Limitation of Liability:
While we take utmost care to deliver products in perfect condition, Affan Buy’s is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services once the package is dispatched.
