Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Delays may occur during peak seasons, national holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges:

Free Shipping is offered on selected products and promotions.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, standard courier charges may apply unless stated otherwise.
If an order is returned by the customer without a valid reason, the delivery fee will be charged to the customer.

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via WhatsApp/SMS. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery in real-time.

5. Undeliverable Packages:
In cases where the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery can be arranged upon request, with additional shipping charges.
